I would tell them that it's not bad at all, I do enjoy living at The Hub. I only would wish the improve a few Read Morethings. 1 would be Maintenance, my roommates and I have filled Maintenance reports that still have not been taken care of. 2 When you are touring and when you look on the website you are told about the computer lab area. It's TERRIBLE, The printer has NEVER had ink in it and all of the macs have those spinning pin-wheels of death. So pretty much know that is just incapacitated and unable to be used. 3 There are a lot of small things within the apartments that need to be fixed, First my door isn't hung straight so it gets jammed, it also makes it so my roommates can just slide in whenever they want using a card, which isn't an issue with me because my roommates are cool. But there are some sketchy people. ALSO the guys across the apartment from me and my suite mate don't have a socket for the bathroom door to fit into Their bathroom door literally does not close, that's an issue. Also my screen on my window is non existent it's broken and now sits under my bed waiting to be fixed by maintenance...whatcha gonna do THE POWER The power has gone out three times since I have been in these apartments and that's just ugly inconvenient in so many ways as I'm sure you know. However these are small inconveniences that are super easy to live around. Just little things that I have to complain about but honestly overall I like it at the hub And I think if you're just a normal person you would be more then comfortable living here

The Hub is average, but the price keeps going up and the quality of the buildings and complexes is going down. Read More Parking this year is also worse. Sometimes i have to park in guest parking because they do not have enough spots. The staff is friendly, but the have a lot of miscommunications with the residents
