Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.

I loved living at 150! Unfortunately, Kingsley Associates was not the management group I had to throughout my Read Morelease. Kingsley took over approximately 60 days prior to my lease end and I had already made the decision to not renew. The community was awesome, I just had an upstairs neighbor who thought it was appropriate to empty her dirty cat litter box off her 2ND floor apartment, onto my patio! ZRS was the management group at that time and there were many unanswered complaints

The complex is attractive and addresses all my needs and expectations. The folks here are pleasant and respon Read Moresive, there's plenty of parking, and the gym is great. When I moved in the apartment was clean, freshly painted and ready. I like the apartment-- the amount of space, the appointments, to flooring, the appliances, the window coverings, the layout, the lighting. It's quiet but residents speak and are pleasant. There's valet trash pickup! And, there's the amazing access to The Summit!

I'm tired of the cats. It's nasty. Can we get exterminaters to get fid of cats. They hang out on my floor. Re Read Moresidence don't care about trash they just leave stuff not in the can. Cats love that. Outside patio cooking.

We had lived in our apartment for one month when a pipe burst and it took another month to get the hole in the Read More wall patched. Also, when we moved in one of the ceiling fans did not work and that took a month to get replaced. When work is done inside our apartment and we are not home, we do not get a notice left that maintenance has been inside.
