I have been living at the 150 Summit Apartments for some time now and my apartment gets the minimal upgrades. Read More For instance, every apartment was upgraded to hardwood floors. I was told, they would not replace the carpet with hardwood until I moved out. When they painted the cabinetry, they did a horrible job.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. In May 2016, post renovation, SPM took over the management of 150 Summit, and has made many wonderful upgrades to our cherished community. We are happy to speak with our valued residents about concerns with their apartment homes. New floorings can be installed at renewal, and we would be happy to discuss these options. The only thing I see is that management has known for awhile by me personally...that there are SEVERAL GRILLS Read Moreon people's porch and some are grilling.. Two of the renters are right beside me...the head management person knows this and I would even give her all of the apt#s if she would like that... What I was told by her was unbelievable...and that was that she felt that if she told these people to get rid of there grills that they might leave and that she didn't need or want anyone vacancies.

Regarding personal grills, ground floor residents may use a grill. However, it must be a minimum of 10 feet away from their apartment home. I loved living at 150! Unfortunately, Kingsley Associates was not the management group I had to throughout my Read Morelease. Kingsley took over approximately 60 days prior to my lease end and I had already made the decision to not renew. The community was awesome, I just had an upstairs neighbor who thought it was appropriate to empty her dirty cat litter box off her 2ND floor apartment, onto my patio! ZRS was the management group at that time and there were many unanswered complaints
