While there are things I enjoy about this apartment, I feel like the rent is high considering that my apt is n Read Moreot updated. Additionally, management has changes 4-5x while I have lived here and the new management does not communicate with residents. They renovated the gym without notification and kept telling us it would only take 1-2 weeks when it took 2 months. I'm also not crazy about the fact they changed how they bill for water and my water bill went up $40 in 1 month without notification

The apartment complex does not follow through on what they say they are going to do - unless you are willing t Read Moreo make multiple calls to ensure your items are addressed. The office staff is friendly and can certainly be helpful at times; however, as mentioned previously, do not expect for them to follow through on what they tell you they plan to do without additional action on the resident's end. Management, including the Corporate-level, can be rude to residents and unhelpful at times.

Office employees not very timely or accurate. When we had maintenance requests, they did not get put into the Read Morecomputer immediately and needed to be reminded. Immediate action was never taken until it became an emergency maintenance issue. But the complex is great overall. Just poor office staff. More training or better computer programs, databases, and organization would benefit the office. The office staff is very nice and pleasant but not very efficient.

The trash pickup is horrible... They miss our trash at least every other week and have cause raccoon to popula Read Morete in our area... Thank you for setting out traps.. I havent seen any lately:) I have been very satisfied with the property management at the Arbors. The only thing I am dissatisfied with the apartments are the windows and parking!. All the windows in our unit need to be replaced.. They letting in too much cool and hot air during the year and causing our power bill to be higher than usua

As far as the apartment that I live in goes, everything has been pretty good.However, the thing that has bothe Read Morered me most has been management's handling of the gym. It was ok but needed some updated equipment. When a new management company came in and decided to fix them gym, they closed it for upgrades. This would have been fine if 1)they didn't do this in january 2)they would've told us what was going on 3)would've gotten close to the estimated 2 weeks of the project instead of 2 months
