The apartments a older but still very good. The appliances, A/C and water heater, could be updated to more ef Read Moreficient models. My biggest problem is with the pest control contractors. They do not come by often enough and when they do come by, they do not do a good job. Frequently see cockroaches and other bugs in my apartment. If you tell them to come by enough in a week they finally will get the job done but you will need to get on them again in a month.

When I moved out, I was charged $700 for carpet that only had normal wear and tear, but I didn't take pictures Read More, so I had no proof. Also when I receive the bill for the carpet damage, I called to set up payment arrangements with the apartment manager, and she said that was fine, however she left the company and there was no record of the arrangement. Needless to say, it was sent to collections, and I paid it through the collection agency.
