Renovations underway. The outside is starting too look great but the insides could still use some work. I hav Read Moree been told I would have to move to get the new improvements. The flooring in my current unit is still in very good condition and I have a back yard so why can't your current tenants not get the new appliances too Give us reason to stay than move to the 4700 brand new but less room . The staff are always very nice and the maintenance crew are great. I have never had a problem parking at either of my units I have been in.

When first moved here I loved it. Just enough country living to remind me of where I moved from and the conven Read Moreience of the city. Now even though that hasn't changed so many other things have. The property has great potential but is going to require renovations on the inside and just new siding and paint. Regretfully I will not be renewing my lease.
