We had a bad smell coming from the kitchen from the time we moved in and it never went away. We had bad dryer Read Moreproblems, we would call to get it fixed and there was always someone that would come out and "fix" it. It would work for a little but then mess up again. We asked for a newer dryer but they never replaced it. It would power on and "work" that way but would not dry anything.

When I moved in the carpet was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned. The manager had them come clean the carpet Read Moreagain, but it was still dirty looking. There were cobwebs in the bathroom. I don't like the fact that you have to pay for valet trash and are not given an option. That's $20 I could use. The apartment complex also deals with you and your water bill and the amount is ridiculous for just my husband and I.

I have asked several times about our washer and dryer - the dryer was burning my clothing. It took 4 times bef Read Moreore someone took that into consideration and addressed the issue.

The apartments are very old and tend to be covered by new carpet, paint and fixed up appliances. From the firs Read Moret look, its seems exciting to be here for the rental rate, but once in all problems are uncovered. For example; the walls are very then and the floors creak so almost every move the neighbors make is heard, raccoons get in the walls very easily and cause a weird odor and noises, the geese and ducks are overwhelming (feces everywhere) and in my opinion water and garage rates are an outra
