Because i had mold in my air unit & in my bedroom carpet. I had a dead cat in the wall behind my washing machi Read Morene & 4 more the were found & no one came and got them until 3 days later. The smell was so horrible i had to leave and stay at my parents.

I feel some things are standard in the apartment community but simple things such as track lighting should be Read Morereplaced in the apt complex I was told you all don't do that anymore however another resident told me theirs was replaced for free. The property manager told me that I come up on a late payer list as if I'm judged by when I pay, I've only exceeded the 15 once. And paid after the 5 a few times. The new Pmt system cost more than a money order and the debit over the web is absurd.
