My experience living in this community has included not getting the floor level or type of apartment I request Read Moreed, having to call corporate due to problems that staff would not resolve, water often turned off, and not being informed of everything needed to move in until actual move in date.

I've been here about 12 months now. The staff is great to work with, maintenance workers are courteous and re Read Morespectful when entering the apartment and I would say it's a good place to live.

Quiet neighborhood, overall safe! The noise is minimal here and it's always kept clean around here! The only t Read Morehing I hate is the water! My water bill is always high and it's based off the whole building which is not fair! I'm talking no less than $80! Also, the water is always cut off for hours at a time because of a pipe bursting ! Ialso wish they had a 3 bedrooms available.
