They are clean well maintained apartment buildings. The grounds are well kept, and routinely rewarded for bein Read Moreg maintained in that way if I'm not mistaken. They are responsive to any issues that may come up so far as maintenance of the apartment is concerned. I even think they will replace your light bulbs if you can't do it yourself (I'm thinking an elderly or handicapped person).
The demographics of the complex's residents lends itself to a quiet atmosphere. I never heard a neighbor.
