Trash pickup is twice a week and is included at no additional cost to our residents. We provide 24 hour Emergency Maintenance services, available 7 days a week year round. Terms
12 Month Lease Terms, Security Deposit of $150.00 to reserve your apartment home. There is an application fee of $50.00 per each occupant over the age of 19. There may be no more than 4 person occupancy total per apartment. If you have any pets there is a non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 per pet, and an additional charge of $10.00 per pet, per month added to your monthly rent. Only 2 pets per apartment are allowed.
