My apartment and the surrounding property is taken care of well. My maintenance issues are addressed in a time Read Morely manner. In fact, I am treated as a person in a community and all concerns or comments are taken seriously. It's a bonus that the pool, and fitness room are so well maintained.The staff is friendly, attentive,and respectful of the fact that I live here. I have rented from other companies or individuals and I am happy here.

The office staff is not welcoming to tenants. I know multiple families that live in these apartments and have Read Morebeen there for years and they told me that some of the things my husband and I was asked to do was not normal. We had an excellent rental history with no delinquent 50 payments. The explanation she gave for the denial changed three times. Even though both our credit scores were over 635 and we had excellent rental history, she still had a problem. We told her our rent was 845 and now 950
