The office staff are always very polite and courteous. The maintenance staff is always prompt and works with y Read Moreou on your schedule if anything needs to be fixed. Everyone always has a smile on their face and always has nice things to say. Everyone that lives in The Park Apartments is nice and it is just a very comfortable place to live.

Office staff is excellent. Location is excellent. Maintenance staff are excellent. Problems include per owne Read Morers who do not pick up after their pets, tenants who leave trash in public parking lots or throw it in landscaped areas instead of in trash receptacles. No noise dampening. Easy to hear neighbors above walking around, banging cabinets, doors, etc, although noise levels are usually lower between 1030 PM and 5 AM.

They have a very sweet and friendly staff who always are ready to help. They also have a great pool, workout c Read Moreenter and new grills around the pool. The apartments are very nice and spacious. I love having a double sink in the bathroom for me and my husband. They are located very close to the interstate which makes it quick and easy to get to work.
