Summer Lake Resident
The bathrooms were small and for the cost of the apartment need to be renovated. Our master bathroom needed Read Moreto have the ventilation system overhauled as mold grew on the drywall above the shower.

I haven't been a resident of Summer Lake for a year. I mover because my rent was going up on the renewal. Noth Read Moreing had changed except the price. I enjoyed living there but it wasn't worth staying. I knnow I'm not the only resident that moved for this reason. Thank you
