The staff was honest, understanding & genuine. Our unit experienced a plumbing failure that was hidden behind Read Moreour bathroom wall. The staff was quick in addressing the issue. Unfortunately we had to move out so the damage could be repaired and treated for possible mold issues. The staff paid for our furniture to be professionally cleaned as a precaution, paid for us to stay in a nice suite at Hometown Suites until we found a place to live (no units were available)

Walls so thin I could hear my neighbors talking, people below me could hear me walking (of course) so I had to Read More endure nonstop complaints and threats even though all we were doing was walking normally. Poor construction I suppose.
