6, 12 and 18 month lease terms available. Pets are welcome. Utilities not included in rent. Office Hours Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm CST. Current State or Federal ID (Driver's License, Passport, etc.) required for application. All applicants will be verified by SafeRent or similar program. Other terms may apply. 2009 Fee Schedule: Application Fee: $15 fully refundable when you sign a lease. Pet Fee: Tenant choice - $395 one-time fee or $35 per month increase in rent for 1 year (dogs, cats). $195 one-time fee or $18 per month for 1 year for small caged animals (birds, hampsters). Security Deposit: $50 [If a prospective resident is approved with 'conditions' - we will require either one month's rent as security deposit or a co-signor.] Redecoration Fee: $150
