Although I don't have any major issues with the apartments i feel that the rent prices are outrageous. I would Read More stay another year if my rent wasn't so high. I'm a single guy without pets on the third floor and my rent is around $878 plus utilities I'm sitting around $1000 in the winter and $1100 in the summer. My neighbor pays $1100 for a 1br without utilities. That's insane. It's a shame I genuinely liked these apartments.

We enjoyed the size of the apartment and style. When there maintenance issues those were resolved. I was surpr Read Moreised, however, of the very high late fees once passing 4th day. We received a discount rate but once we were late on the fourth day not only would we get a $75 late fee but the discount was voided to market value ($125) plus a $25 fee on the fifth PLUS the $10.95 per day after the fourth. That was the first time dealing with such high fees. We would stay if it were not for the fees.
