We enjoyed the size of the apartment and style. When there maintenance issues those were resolved. I was surpr Read Moreised, however, of the very high late fees once passing 4th day. We received a discount rate but once we were late on the fourth day not only would we get a $75 late fee but the discount was voided to market value ($125) plus a $25 fee on the fifth PLUS the $10.95 per day after the fourth. That was the first time dealing with such high fees. We would stay if it were not for the fees.
