I have lived here for almost 5 months, and I have never had an issues with anyone or anything here. The staff Read Moreare friendly and very helpful, the grounds are always well maintained, and they are very proactive on ensuring a fun, safe, and clean environment for all the residents and their guests and maintaining a quality environment for a healthy living. With their workout room, their pool, and their closeness to many different walking trails and amenities, it is a wonderful place to live.

If this comment reaches you please reconsider your pocket full of money at Rio Santa Fe because of the followi Read Moreng reasons. Stoves and dryers are generic, compact storage space. High rated rent, no covered or designated parking, hallways and exterior has cobb webs. If your neighbor has roaches YOU have roaches. On my 7th day I spotted a roach the size of a battery hiding in my tub's drain. Pest/Insect control only sprays patio and frontdoor, insects can enter through the vents also.

The overall satisfaction would be perfect if there was more parking. If your coming home after 20:00 you will Read Morenot be able to park near where you live unless your the lucky 250 that got a real parking spot.

I just wish there was better security for the apartments in the back like better window locks or a camera in t Read Morehe back and a closed off balcony

I am new here, get list a lot. People have helped me where my bldg is and saw that I got home. Several thing Read Mores have been hard for me, I am handicapped, people gave been so nice in helping . Office people have bee kind and helpful also. Being handicapped is not easy but strangers gave stopped to help. I am grateful. Thank you all
