They're not very flexible when it comes to accommodating their loyal tenants. Those who lived there without a Read Moreny problems and paying rent on time for 99% of the time should be considered loyal tenants. Twice late rent payment within 4 years isn't bad. Parking spaces should be allotted to accommodate certain people based on their location.
