I have enjoyed living here, but there are some issues. The first is maintenance. Although timely and friendl Read Morey, the quality of maintenance is average. I moved in to find walls not painted completely, holes not filled in, and shoddy light fixtures hanging from the ceiling. The repairs just always seem rushed and done poorly to avoid any costly expenses. The second major issue is parking. People park wherever they like whether they live here or not and the staff avoids resolving it.

The ammenites of the apartment comples was amazing! If it were not for that, I would rate it as poor. The staf Read Moref was terrible and rude. I was literally excited to move away from there and the charges were ridiculous, we had to pay for the dumbster to get dumbed and for someone to take the trash to the dumbster. This charge was non-negotionable. The physical buildings were awesome so designer gets a perfect 10. Management and staff get -10. Overall, I will never live in StoneOak again!
