The only complaint I have is the dog kennels a few 100 yards away. I called the police this summer it got so b Read Moread. First I asked if the town had a noise ordinances and they said; yes sir if noise last for 20 minutes you can report it. Then I ask them to investigate the constant intense barking. They reported back a few days later and said they have a permit for outside kennels. I said so they have a permit to violate the law and irate humans? No response. It is not a problem when the cold.

I had a few issues with the swamp cooler leaking that I felt took too long to correct. During 4th of July fire Read Moreworks our parking lot was jammed with cars that did not belong there and residents could not get out or in their designated spaces. Otherwise I enjoyed living there very much. It was close to everything and a great view of Jerome in the distance. Park across the street was nice too.

I enjoy living there because it is close to the fairgrounds so it makes it easy when there are events there be Read Morecause I can just walk. My unit is far enough away so I don't have any issues with sound. It is overall quiet and that is saying a lot since I need it to be quiet because of my work.
