When I moved in November 2013, the washing machine was broken and the fridge was not working properly. Over t Read Morehe next few months, the dishwasher broke, the hot water heater had to be repaired and then replaced. I also had concerns about the air conditioning unit and was told to buy dark curtains or switch the vents. It was determined that the ac unit was only for a 1 bedroom and my apartment was a 3 bedroom. Office staff was rude every time I reported broken appliances or needed repairs.

I was assured at lease signing that changes had been made at this complex due to previous problems and I shoul Read Moredn't ever experience any problems here. The on-site staff and management company are unprofessional and maintenance haphazard. The best part of this complex is the location; however, even location doesn't validate the cost after all the problems I've had and extra money I've paid due to them.
