I think they could have taken better care of the people who park in the uncovered parking that have a covered Read Morepass. And Leave the covered parking available.

The customer service isn't good. I've lived in different apartment complexes and this place is one of the wors Read Moree. The staff hardly ever answers the phone, the maintenance department and how they handle their calls could be a lot better. I've never called maintenance at a complex so much in my life. Fridge stopped working, air stopped working, and the washing machine leaks. When you leave a voicemail they NEVER return your call, so what is the point of having an answering service.

The complex is overall well maintained, staff is very friendly. A couple of not so great neighbors but that's Read Moreany apartment complex.

I lived in Berrago @ Spectrum before moving here. There grounds were maintain grills and pool area were very c Read Morelean. There is lack of any kind of cleanness with in the Trails at San Tan other then the front office and parking lot up front.
