Things are not followed through with when they say they will do it. Need to do better inspections before leasi Read Moreng out an apartment before letting someone take over. Have had so many issues due to lack of caring about how the place was taken care of more worried about making money then making sure it is safe for a family. Have had leaks and pipe issues due to a lack of not checking. Have not had my kitchen fixed in months now. Patio is all messed up and unusable

After being there for so long and never once causing a problem ...leaving the apartment impeccable wasn't enou Read Moregh for them. After moving out, I called the office a couple of days later to ask for the reimbursement of my deposit and they stated it wasn't ready. I once again called 2 weeks later and they said they haven't even gotten to do the walk through.I never once got a call back after moving out to finally get my deposit back , not EVER. So you can keep the money but you're not recommended.

I have not had the best time with the leasing office. Especially when they turned the water off and didnt noti Read Morefy the residents, and when we called to ask, the people in the office were so rude. The rent is ridiculously high and continues to sky rocket. Trying to reach maintenance is ridiculous. Just over all not pleased.
