these are older units with good floor plans and while emergency maintenance has been promptly addressed minor Read Morerepairs have largely been left undone. Bathroom and kitchen vents do not vent outside and cooking grease is not adequately handled by the hood leaving a greasy film on walls and window shades. Unit is drafty and dusty. All units have a one-car garage. No children's playground so there are not many young one in the complex. Pool and hot tub is somewhat well kept.

The apartments are very small but the community is quiet, which is more valuable than a spacious apartment. I Read Moret was nice having a private garage. My electric bill was quite large in the summer, over $180 for an apartment less than 1000 sq. ft. I felt the carpet should have been replaced prior to my move in - it was a little worn. The apartment interior should have been painted. The vinyl kitchen flooring was old and dated - was discolored where the sun shines in. The bathroom was outdated.

Had a guest visiting for a month and was accused of living on premises without authorization. Office was infor Read Moremed of the guest's arrival.

It was a quiet and pleasant place to live. The pool was always clean and the grounds were well managed. I al Read Moreways had my maintenance issues fixed quickly and if you are pleasant and nice, management responds back similarly. We always had plenty of parking for our multiple vehicles and guests. The drawbacks: leaf blowers at 8 in the morning on Wednesdays and weird office hours. Overall, it was a nice place to live.
