The office staff is horrible. They want you to pay rent but they don't want to fix your failing appliances.

Gave a deposit to hold an apartment, didn't get the one I paid for. Apartment was not cleaned when moving in. Read More Cable is included in rent, but cable outlets dont work and office refuses to fix. So I am paying for a service I cannot use. Have lived here for about 7 months, with no tv, even though I pay for it.
