I have lived here since 2011. It has always been a nice place to live, but recently notes have been left on my Read More door, stating to remove the BBQ grill and cups from my patio table. There are other residents that have BBQs and beer bottles on their patios and no notes have ever been put on their doors. Other then that, it is a nice place to live.

Rent rate is not commensurate with property quality. Water billing is terribly managed (I live alone and use Read Morevery little water but pay more for water in a one bedroom apartment than the TOTAL water bill while living in a three bedroom home with two other people).

When I come into the office, the office staff tends to have an attitude. I have to call multiple times and o Read Morepen multiple work orders to have anything repaired in my apartment. And when the maintenance guys do fix something, it's not guaranteed to be fixed correctly. The pools are over chlorinated and not very clean. The animal part looks better than the children's playgrounds. The parking lot units should have more trees to shade from the sun and the unit walls are not very well insulated.
