There are three different office managers. Two are very friendly and knowledgable, however, the third seems to Read More be out of the loop most of the time. She also does not appear to enjoy her job, and lacks good customer service. The maintenance crew does a good job, however, They have entered my apartment without notice and on one occasion they had to fix my shower and failed to clean up after themselves. I came home to all my shower products and my shower curtain were throw on my bed.

I really enjoyed my time at Cortona at Dana Park. When I lived there I just wish it had been a little more upd Read Moreated. The staff was courteous and my neighbors were great. I can't think of any problems I had in the whole year I lived there.

Our apartment became infested with cockroaches and despite repeated attempts to get the complex to take care o Read Moref it, it was never resolved. We put down our own traps and bug killer and still the problem did not go away.
