Parking WAY too far from apartment. Maintenance guys somewhat slow to respond at times, and they will fix yo Read Moreur broken appliances again and again but will not replace them. Other than that, good apartment interior overall, but make sure your doors (closet and room doors) open and close okay and don't rub against the carpet. The office staff requires multiple (3-4 phone calls ) before anything gets done.

I rented there for three years, and had no complaints. When it was time to go, they were helpful and didn't ch Read Morearge me any hidden fees. I'd rent from them again in a heartbeat.

Management is very slow at getting things done. They have changed office managers five times in the past thre Read Moree years. Owners changed three times. They never consult the tenants on any issues until after the fact. The grounds are in poor condition. They evict people and say its for no reason, and say they don't have to have one. Rent is always going up and there's no one to contact except the office manager. The website for the management company is invalid.
