Office management did not follow through with extremely disruptive neighbors that was given & violated "Cease Read Moreand Desist" formal warnings, but they didn't uphold promised eviction, which resulted in me breaking my lease & I was penalized. Tenant in my building was only paying for 2 people water usage even though there was a total of 10 people living in unit and office was informed by several tenants, but did nothing, so we paid higher water costs, which was greater than twice my average bill.
