At the end of my stay with Lucera, I had management perform a walk through. I was told everything was fine. Read MoreA few months later I received a bill for 300$ stating that the walls were damaged and they had to pay someone to clean the apartment and that took 6hrs. I called to inquire about these charges and was told that the apartment was fine, but they needed to document a way stating that they painted the apartment and making it as damaged was the only way they could do this. This was unfair.

The apartments are old and poorly maintained. Office staff is rude, unhelpful, and dishonest. Neighbors are in Read Morecredibly loud!! They also only have one water meter for the entire complex, so we got stuck paying for the woman who watered her jungle of plants as well as the sidewalk three times a day.

I felt that sometimes they were unfair with enforcing policies during my lease. When I moved out they were not Read More accurate with charges.

Well when We first moved in our apartment was not ready. They were still shampooing the carpet the day we we Read Morere suppose to move in. We had a bees nest form on our patio, and bees were coming in thru the sliding glass door and thru the air conditioning. First night it rained water was coming down the ceiling in the master room. The only reason why I am still here is bad timing moving, and its close to friends. Other than that I would have left. Our water heater went out at least 3 times
