Office staff are rude. Maintenance staff are great but overworked and unable to respond in a timely manner.

Maintenance requests were all but ignored. Appliances took months to replace when broken, and the stove is sti Read Morell currently not working after 3 months. The only reason the rating is fair instead of poor is because the maintenance crew TRIED to fix problems when they were given the time and resources. Common areas are completely unsanitary.

I had a terrible experience with the management team they say one thing
And not honor their word. My neighb
Read Moreor was disrespectful by playing their
Music loud, I contacted management who did very little to resolve the
Matter. I called the police well over dozen times since mgmt was lagging.
I have lived in apartments my whole life and never had mgmt treat me this
Bad and their customer service was poor. I had to push city ordinance on mgmt
Team a few times to get them to do what was right!

Dirty Handed Dealings, Change of management every few months when the current management would be fired for an Read Morey number of things. Theft in some form or another being the most common. Units were in fair condition, management non-existent, maintenance non-existent, as well as when it came time to move; they "Lost" my hand written intent to move(60 days notice) which I double paper clipped to that months rent payment that I had to drop in the drop box because of how often the Office was closed.
