Pet Policy: Pets Welcome! No breed restrictions. Refundable pet deposit: $150 one pet, 2 pets $300. Non refundable pet fee: $150 non-refundable pet fee, two pets maximum. $25 pet rent per pet. Must bring in for pet interview, please contact us for more information.

I had a neighbor move into the apartment under mine who would not clean up after his dogs. I have a dog and ha Read Mored no issues other than because he let his dogs potty all over the place, I started seeing roaches. Then a LOT of roaches. Fortunately my lease was up and I moved out because I complained a couple times and I know they talked to him but the problem was never fixed and it was NASTY

We take our residents' concerns seriously and want to assure you that your message has been passed along to our team. As a pet-friendly property, we provide bag dispensers as well as pet waste receptacles. All receptacles are emptied on a daily basis, and we also have our maintenance team patrol the grounds throughout the day to pick up any debris, or pet waste. Thank You for the feedback!
When I moved in the apartment was dirty, there was curly hairs in the bathtub and after reporting it to the of Read Morefice, no one came to clean it up. I lived there for a year, and in this time, I had one of the groundskeeper women taking pictures of me while I was walking my dogs, had to report her, not sure what she was doing, the complex knew I had pets already and I always picked up after them. Towards the end of my year lease, I was chased up my stairs by a scary man and had to call the cops.

When I had problems with the apartment, my leaking ceiling over my bed, it took them a long time to address th Read Moree issue and they just did a patch job and did not fix or solve the problem completly.
