The Meadows was a good place to live. The staff was helpful, and maintenance was always done in a timely manne Read Morer. I had no complaints while living there.

We seem to have quite a number of new residents that don't pick up after their children in the common areas. T Read Morehere is loud music and loud voices after dark. It is getting to the point where I no longer feel safe walking around the complex after dark.

We want all residents to feel comfortable in their living environment; which is why we have quiet hours. As outlined in each resident's lease; residents are expected be courteous of their neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum between 10:00pm and 6:00am. Residents not adhering to quiet hours are in violation of their lease and should be reported to the leasing office. Had this been brought to our attention; we would have happily issued a reminder regarding quiet times to your neighbor.
Have had numerous problems with the water system, no pressure in showers, and hot water not regulated properly Read More. The laundry rooms are not clean and the dryers get to hot for the clothes. Washers are way to small, and to many times the washers do not work properly, for instance i have to use my laundry card on some of the machines for them to run their cycle. The dryer lint should be cleaned within the dryer, not just the filter. I also feel like there should be more washers and dryers.

Overall, initially it seemed like a good place to stay. Management was nice but other office staff members di Read Mored not always know what was going on... talk to management if you want the right information. As far as neighbors are concerned, they were nice too but there were too many pets per apartment at times. This left something to be desired for the dog droppings and stench left behind. Management was quick to respond but the real problem was too many pets without a designated pet area.

As a pet-friendly property, we provide bag dispensers as well as pet waste receptacles. All receptacles are emptied on a daily basis, and we also have our maintenance team patrol the grounds throughout the day to pick up any debris, or pet waste. We thank you for your feedback!
The apartments are okay, I missed having a washer and dryer in the unit, and to get a unit like that, I would Read Morehave to pay more. I also didn't care for the color of all inside of the apartment. The staff was great and I love the holiday events.
