Rent is Ioverpriced for the quality presented. My monthly rent fluctuated the first 4 months I lived here. S Read Moretove is pretty beat up. Vertical blinds only partially work. Burn holes in living room carpet. Sliding mirror doors in bedroom are difficult to slide as glide rails are worn. Service is slow and at their leisure as my experience goes.

The appliances offered in the units are Old and energy efficient. I have 2 microwaves because the one in the u Read Morenit does not work properly. I received a new update stove but have to tAke e of the 4 burns out half the time due to the refrigerator running rough due to ave as well. My rent is being increased by $80.00 per month and I found that I can rent elsewhere for less money and better appliances and service. Woodstream did not make an attempt to value my business. Therefore time to move.

My apartment is one of the last renovated. Everything is old and falling apart. My rent goes up every year but Read More nothing gets improved. I consistently have to wait over a month or more for maintenance requests.things have broken that are safety concerns like my door that do not get fixed in a timely manner. My air condition was broken from oct. To December 2014, it was so hot in my apartment I had to sleep with my door open in the living room. There is no ventilation or air flow in the bedroom.

Krystal, we're sorry to hear that you're unsatisfied with your experience at our community to this point. We strive to address all maintenance requests as soon as we can, but due to the volume of requests it can take longer than we'd hope. If this happens we strongly encourage you to visit us in the leasing office and check in on the status of your work order. We'd like to improve your stay and have your home be in the best condition possible.
The managent does not carry through with what they say. Apartment is not ready for move in like should be, th Read Moreey have you make list after you move in and months later still not done. Maintenence is another, they are slow fixing and never complete a task, leave things half done if they get to you at all. Several times have talked to people in office and maintenence people about project they are attempting to fix and now they just don't come back. OFFICE people in charge are terrible.

Rent is high, front office will not work with you regarding any concerns, if a work order is placed it takes 3 Read More weeks for maintenance to repair it, washer/dryer rent tacked on to regular rent, many threats for charging if in violation of rules that are not clear and change at any time, they even chased away ducks that were inhabiting their so called duck pond because they made too much of a mess .
