Arcadia Cove Resident
It is a beautiful property and very well maintained. The staff is very quick to respond to questions and main Read Moretenance requests. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a true home and not just an apartment. My only complaint is the lack of parking.

Our water and trash has raised - it's double from when we moved in. It's $55-60 per month! Outrageous. Also, t Read Morehere is so much construction going on. Stairways are blocked off and have been for weeks despite the fact no repairs are happening now. It would make more sense for them to block one off, fix it, then move on to the next. There is a high turnover here for residents, and it's no surprise considering how this place is going downhill fast.

I am sorry that you are unhappy with the utilities cost; however, the cost is higher in the summer due to irrigation/pools but reduces down in the fall and winter. As for the stair landings, 1 side of the building is blocked off for repairs, completed then other side is repaired. Unfortunately, with city inspections required before advancing to next stage, this takes approx.3 weeks per side. I am sorry that you and other residents are dealing with these repairs.

I had to unexpectedly break my lease. The staff was very understanding and helpful. They were able to re-lease Read More my apartment very quickly. I was very pleased by the service I received while living there.

The staff is always helpful. Maintenance is always very prompt with issues. The community is clean and has a g Read Moreood atmosphere. The improvements that are currently underway are a great benefit to everyone and really spruce up Arcadia Cove as a whole!
