I recently signed my 3rd lease which makes me a "long timer." The office and maintenance staff are top notch. Read More Any questions or concerns are responded to immediately. As a single mom, I feel safe and the grounds are very well kept. Canyon Crossroads is definitely a "luxury" community.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. However, the property is challenged by not having a play area for k Read Moreids and pet owners not picking up after their pets. Kids playing in the driveway creates a dangerous situation. The pet waste issue creates a stench in certain areas. Not good to come home to.

Parking has always been my biggest issue here at Canyon Crossroads. Nine times out of ten if I come home after Read More 8pm there will not be a parking space (covered or non-covered) available in the area assigned to my building. Most times there is at least one vehicle that does not have a parking sticker parked in the area. I'm not sure there is a solution to the issue other than making provisions for assigned parking and providing additional spaces.
