Copper Canyon Resident
I gave Copper Canyon Apartment a Good Rating because in the two years I have been a resident, they were sorta Read Moreunderstanding and friendly, but the apartment maintenance was bad.. water shut offs or going without the air conditioners for about two weekends was horrible.. and the fact that our rent went up a whole hundred dollar to resign. . that is some customer service. I believe we should have been fairly priced, to resign especially since there aren't any major amenities.

Copper Canyon Resident
I loved these apartments. The only problem I had was with roaches, and I took care of that myself. The other t Read Morehing, was that after they did some remodeling, my patio balcony wall was done improperly, and I had to wait about a month for it to be redone. After it was redone, it was never painted. I mentioned that to the office a couple of times, but nothing was done. I didn't persist, because I had already made up my mind that I wanted to move to a one bedroom, their or somewhere else.
