We needed a 2nd fl apt for health reasons. They showed us a apt and we accepted it. ONLY when we got there w h Read Moreired help the apt.'s master bedrm carpet was bleach stained. We went to the office & they got the maintenance supervisor who said he knew about the carpet & asked if we could wait til Mon. to move!. The only 2B apt avil was on the 3rd. fl. it didn't take long before I had additional serious health issues requiring surgery!
