Hot tub hasn't worked in 3 years at back pool, gym equipment only partially world. Many large dogs left outsid Read Moree on patios to howl and the office just ignores it.

The front area is always kept clean, yet the middle and back areas look sloppy. Dog feces and trash are not pi Read Morecked up. Children through rocks, music playing too loud, people walking through patios, pools can't be used because of being dirty, landscaping is terrible. Scraggly bushes, dead grass, a lot of dirt and pine needles everywhere. Takes maintenance forever to show up and then they never have what you need to fix anything.

I do not like the parking here at all. my car has had too many door dings since there just is not enough room. Read More i Also do not like that i have to find a laundry mat now to wash my cloths or pay $40 extra a month when i barely spend $10 on laundry per month now. I do like that it is quiet here and the grounds look decent,also the rent seems fair.

Love the office staff and maintenance staff as well. Grew to have a great relationship with them but then thin Read Moregs changed when the manager changed and now its all about making money and not the residents. We were going to transfer from a 1bedroom to a 2bedroom and stay a couple more years but while we were getting ready to transfer prices went up $150. So even after paying$50 for a bed bug inspection that was really not necessary but required we put in our 60 day notice instead.

Security needs better guards that can respond faster if needed, not one who can barely walk. also someone that Read More is not afraid to confront or talk to anyone in the complex that shouldn't be here... signs in the parking areas should state that no one should park in marked parking spaces. The lawn services does not pick up the clippings that they cut and trees still need to be trimmed. The drainage areas beyond our car spaces is full of debris and need cleaning. a lot of children are unsupervised
