Roaches, loud neighbors, an emplyee locks thedoors when football is on, the same guy went to buy new Jordans a Read Morend was gone for two hours, they sprayed bug spray all of my dishes, they do not fix thongs like they are suppose to, I had mold growing in my bedroom from the bathroom because they did not patch a big hole up in the bsthroom, very unprofessional here.

Horribly bug infested health hazard I would not recommend these living conditions for anyone months and months Read More of sleeping with bugs crawling all over you and madera didn't offer solutions to the issue the front office is rude and inconsiderate of your needs as a tenant.

When I first moved to this property I thought it would be perfect. Great location, price was unbeatable and n Read Moreice appearance, the apartments at that time were named Smoketree Apartments. Yes I had issues with maintenance fixing things in a reasonable time frame example the hot water in the main bathroom tub/ shower sis not get fixed till 9/2013 and I moved in 3/2010 not to mention my AC went out every year. I was told the first summer I was there that the AC unit needed to be replaced but of c

The apartment always had trash laying around, the managers didn't care about issues we had with our neighbors Read Morebeing both loud and harassing. My car was broken into even though there is security that is supposed to walk around at nights and keep the place safe. After my car was broken into the only help management offered was "to keep my car locked" even though the people cut through my convertible top. Any maintenance requests we made took at least 2-3 days to complete. They just don't care!
