Sure there are highways that are still being built and still seemingly lead to nowhere, but from North Phoenix you will most likely have a quick and easy commute to most areas of the city. This region contains many of the well-established freeways, including I-17, SR51, or Loop 101 which leads to downtown, Tempe, or the West Valley. If you fly often, North Phoenix is usually within 30 minutes of the Sky Harbor depending on traffic.
