Most of our North Phoenix apartments are in the North Mountain and Deer Valley areas; both of which are considered to be busier and are more centrally located that other North Phoenix villages. As a whole, the city of Phoenix is known for its affordability, and these neighborhoods are no different. Typical one-bedroom apartments in North Phoenix range anywhere from $400-$700, while 3-bedroom units average around $1100. Most apartment complexes also come with deluxe amenities like outdoor pools and fitness centers.
When searching for a North Phoenix apartment, most Phoenicians would advise to avoid “The Square.” This area is known for having a high crime rate and runs between Greenway to Bell and Cave Creek to 32nd Street. We would like to note that most of our apartments are centered around highway 17 rather than 51 where The Square is. In your search, you shouldn’t run into any trouble avoiding this spot of bother. As always, we recommend the “try before you buy” method of renting, but if you’re just moving to Phoenix and have no way to check out the neighborhood we highly recommend avoiding this area.
