Great maintenance and office staff A great team. Landscape just gets prettier. Feel safe here. Glad I can rec Read Moreycle easily. Glad I have a garage. Like my gas stove. Bad dishwashers and cheap refrigerators. Poor carpeting. Unhappy with yearly mosquitoes.

I would have to say that this was definitely one of Mark Taylor's Premiere collections as when I lived in the Read MorePhoenix, AZ area, I tended to move around due to work and I would have to say that this property had the best setup as far as apartment unit. My one bedroom was over 1,000 square feet, huge bathroom, and huge walk in closet. This place felt more like a home rather than an apartment, especially having something as minor as a doorbell.
Pricing was a bit high for location.

Excellent experience throughout residency, but when I left they charged ridiculous amounts of "cleaning charge Read Mores" etc despite maintenance staff stating the apartment was in appropriate condition prior to leaving.
