The one thing preventing me from giving a mark of excellent is definitely the maintenance. The repair work don Read Moree is always subpar. Also, the timeliness of non urgent repairs seems to be longer than average. I would appreciate some type of notification that work has been completed. Most times I have no idea if it's been fully completed. The work appears to be unfinished so I won't enter another work order but when days pass I realize that perhaps they WERE done with finished but not to satisfactio

I LOVE my apartment. It is by far the best floor plan I have found in Awhatukee, even after living in many oth Read Moreer places around town. I enjoy the fact that the community is so small, but the management isn't the best. Sometimes unresponsive and hard to get a hold of. The office hours could be MUCH better, as 10-6 Monday -Saturday isn't very convenient for most people that have full-time jobs. Some of the work that has been done in our place has been done poorly and we still have leaky ceilings.

I love the community itself but I thought before I moved in that it would be updated and up to par when I rent Read Moreed a renovated apt. I have had one thing after another each month. I believe these were things that should have been checked before I moved in and taken care of. The bathroom is still outdated with the faucets and shower head needing to be replaced and updated.
