    For the price you pay you would expect the place to be kept cleaned and maintained better. Clearly, new manage Read Morement did some cost cutting. Office staff is kind and professional. Mostly a quiet community.

    clean, new and tidy; well-kept landscaping, However, there are pools of water at certain areas(where water gra Read Moress), and this sets up mosquito breeding grounds. Pool area is lovely and always open - not too crowded and usually quiet. The main clubhouse is nice, BUT, the hours are ridiculous now! 10-5 is standard, so it seems pointless to have the main lounge with TV and pool table only available for use during limited hours. NEED RECYCLING! spend the $ for environment! don't be greedy!

    I feel as if the maitence could be better. Also the apliances in the appartment. We pay a lot of money to live Read More here having nice appliances would help a lot. One last thing is better carpet.

    I have had problems with noise control. The person renting garage below me listens to his music very loud in Read Morethe garage and doesnt comply with the noise regulations. I have had to call security and the management office numerous times. The walls are so thin, I can hear guy above me snoring every single night. The people from the 3rd floor going up and down the stairs are very loud and rude and dont think of people that are up against the wall of the stairwell. I've asked them to be more quiet.
