    I dislike the way they pull out the large blue trash bins out to the middle of the street. Our street is alrea Read Moredy very narrow as it is. Pulling those out like that give us residents very little room to back out of our parking spots. They need to come up with a better way of getting those trashbins ready for the dump truck to pick them up without causing us the inconvinience of pulling forward, backwards, forward and backwards again. Pools need to be cleaned frequently.

    The main gate never closed in the main entrance therefore anyone could enter. No assigned parking there was ti Read Moremes I would come home late with no where to park. The cars and homes were broken into on a Dailey basis. I didn't feel safe at all.

    When the office was broken into they did nothing to advise the residents they were broken into until we had a Read Moreletter on the door saying we didnt pay rent. When i took my stubs in they then said "oh you must have been one affected by the break in we had they stole all deposits made the night rent was due" they told me pay rent or move out i then submitted and paid over 100 dlrs in fees to money orders to request a refund that was denied.
