Things are always breaking down and one has to call for maintenance 2 or 3 times before issues are handled. T Read Morehe trash Shute smells very bad and rent is constantly going up while quality is going down.

Certified Resident

All issues (AC, leaks, etc.) get fixed, but I would like it to be prioritized more. Previous experiences have Read Morebeen that management responds to maintenance requests within 24 hours.

it's a great place in town with a great community. the management company provides monthly events for our comm Read Moreunity which are always entertaining. the location is excellent for everywhere in town.
