I would like to see more cleaning on all the hallways, garbage area as well. There are many homeless people a Read Moreround the apartment complex (not good)

Enjoyable atmosphere with great staff. Maintenance was fast for service the one time they have been needed. Th Read Moree grounds are kept up well. At move in, everything was new but the paint was not well done (spotty finish) Not being able to walk dogs in the court yard is a negative. I rent at a gated community for a reason and being forced to leave the security of the grounds to walk the dog late at night is discomforting and disappointing.

I love the staff to death, the value is good, and the facilities are inviting and well-maintained. The light r Read Moreail is, obviously, wonderful. All my other friends waste time and money on Uber...I just ride the rail downtown. I am, however, very disappointed in two ways: 1. The parking garage is downright dangerous. It seriously needs mirrors because the up/down ramps are accident magnets. 2. For a apartment complex that clearly markets itself to millennials, the facilities close *very* early.
