I haven't lived here long enough to get a sense of how responsive maintenance is, what the electric bill is li Read Moreke in the summer, or anything else that you only find out long-term. So far, though, it's been very positive. Pros: - Fantastic location - Reasonable rent for the location - Great office staff - Grounds are very nice, green grass and a good number of trees - Friendly neighbors so far - Gated (though it's open during the day 6 days a week) - Much of the interior is very nice--hardwood floors, fans/lights, flat surface stove (as opposed to coils), and quality bathroom and kitchen faucets - Door-to-door trash pickup (!!!) Cons: - Interior upgrades feel half-hearted--kitchen and bathroom faucets are great, hardwood floors are nice, but cabinet finish is cheap and peeling in places, shower trim is as basic as it gets (though the mounted curving shower rod is great), and the dryer is the exact same model my parents had at home in the 90s

I really don't want to leave this complex I love the location and my neighbor and that part is what is comfort Read Moreable. I just wish the floor would be upgraded without me having to move into another unit. As I witnessed a neighbor did that. Also insulating rooms better so there isn't a huge draft whether its cold or hot. Also giving discount to residents that have been here long like you do new residents is a nice thank you and it goes further than a thank you card. If I could spread that word to my friends they would feel more inclined with something that would stand out as giving back to residents. I don't think any apartment complexes do that but I think its something worth trying.
