It took the maintenance 3 months to change my air filter. I went into the office several times to ask why Read Moreit is taking so long and they kept saying they were short staffed. It seems like the residents are not picking up after themselves As well seen broken glass of liquor and no one cleaned it up for days. The trash piles up as well. Sometimes with landscaping it doesn't seem like no one is mowing the lawn either.

My overall experience could have been better. I live on the first floor and i have to say, if you are scared Read Moreof grasshopper, roaches and bugs, then this is not for you. I sometimes wake up to a buzzing sound and things crawling on me(and these things really creeps me out). The wall is very thing so I get a lot of noise from my neighbors to the side and upstairs. The office staffs are friendly except 1 so I gave a poor ratings for that (I think she is terrible actually) bring back the old staff

I regret moving to Cabrillo. The staff has been uncommunicative, difficult to work with, they lack critical th Read Moreinking skills and never take any responsibility for their actions or the lack there of. Maintaince request take forever. They do left notes after entering the apartment. The apartment was not ready on the move in date.

The apartment was filthy when I moved in from out of state. I was informed I would be charged a cleaning bill Read Morefor this even though it was not my mess. Ridiculous. There were several items broken in the apartment that still have not been repaired. Ridiculous. There is an ant problem that still has not been fixed. Overall this apartment is nowhere near worth the amount I pay for it and I am already looking for a new place to live.
