The new management here has been great! They are upgrading out dated air conditioning, spas, paint, etc. The Read Morestaff is friendly and always willing to help.

Wow! We so appreciate the kind words about our community! Here at Casa Santa Fe, we strive to provide beautiful homes, amazing amenities, and exceptional customer service and it looks like we've upheld those standards. We're always looking for ways to improve our community, if there's anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, give our office a call.
Staff usually not informed on issues or blatantly lie (payments, renovations, etc.). No enforcement of rules a Read Moremong community (pollution, violent and inappropriate behavior among other residents, etc.), ignoring high priority maintenance issues (hot water heater, hanging parking lot trim after monsoon, air conditioner/heat, watering systems, resurfacing bath tub and leak).

Constant raise in water. Been here for 4 years and still living in the non-renovated homes and rent keeps get Read Moreting increased and not get anything out of it, then the water got separated and that just kept getting increased. Seems very unreasonable to do this and we have no control over it. My concerns just get answered back with evasive replies or not at all.

We're sorry to see that you're not entirely satisfied with your experience at our community. Regarding your water bill, we utilize a system that's based on billing from the city, and more accurately reflects usage per month. Regarding renovations, we only renovate homes after they are vacated, but we are currently undergoing extensive exterior renovations that we hope will make our community an even better place to call home. If you have any questions about this, please stop by our office.
Location near scottsdale healthcare, dance clubs and fabulous restaurants made this apartment #1 in my book.

We have lived in the same apartment for 2 yrs. I'd hoped when we received new management our maintence problem Read Mores would be fixed - but it has only gotten worse. Our a/c unit has been fixed almost every month we have lived here. I've tried many times to explain to the office that we need a whole new unit. In October of this year when it broke again, I was told new a/c units would be installed in November. That never happened and I haven't heard about it since. i have more - feel free to ask
