The location cannot be beat. The service, however, is horrific. I am one of 7 people I know whose car was towe Read Mored in the middle of the night for being over the white line in spaces they admit are way too small for even sedans. It really seems as if they know people will keep moving there since the location is so amazing, so they don't seem to really care about the residents at all.
Maintenance requests went weeks without a response. Everyone working there seems annoyed by the simplest questions.

San Marin is one of two apartment complexes in the center of Old Town, so in terms of location it can't be bea Read Moret. Being walking distance to great restaurants and bars is an excellent feature. That being said expect high levels of noise from either nearby clubs and/or partying tenants. Parking is a horrific nightmare on weekends especially. The parking spot width is not regulation, so if you live with a spouse or roommate it is an absolute guarantee that your will have many door dings. The quality
